By introducing some of these hobbies, I hope to be able to tell you about one aspect of Suzuki Farm. きのこケーキ 今年もきのこのケーキ。 傘はマカロン、柄はメレンゲ。 キノコサブレ 浜名湖でキス釣り お客様と浜名湖でキス釣り。大型がたくさん釣れました。 Bûche de Noël 前から作ってみたかった、リアルなBûche de Noël(ブッシュドノエル)。念願かなって、ついに作りました。キノコはメランゲ。 もちろんおいしくいただきました。 トノサマガエルの模型 かえる工房のイベントワークショップで、塗ってきました！うまくできないものですね。 南ドイツのマルシェにて 季節のベリーが山盛りです。 本場のパスタ シチリアのパスタ。カラマラータのボンゴレ、ピスタチオ和え 2017キノコ狩り2 ショウゲンジが大量です。他に、シャカシメジの大株、サクラシメジ、クロラッパタケ、ウラベニホテイシメジなど。 ベニテングダケの模型 渋谷のお得意さま、Kitchen&Bar MORISさんにプレゼントしたベニテングダケの模型。 モエギタケの模型 2017年の最新作。 モエギタケです。表面のヌメリ感を出せるようになりました。 紙粘土にアクリル塗料で彩色。 きのこ3 ほぼ全て食べられるキノコです。きのこが分かるようになると、秋の楽しさが倍増します。 タマゴタケ 2015年モデル完成。 浜松市佐鳴台のイタリアン「リストランテ・ダ・クマ」にプレゼントしました！ きのこ造り2015-1.jpg 冬は日が短くて作業ができませんが、裏を返せば夜の自由時間が増えるということ。 今年もまた始めました。キノコ作り。栽培ではなく製作です。 きのこ造り2015-2.jpg パーツを乾燥させて組み上げたところ。タマゴタケ(左の3本)は塗装の便を考え、「つぼ」が外れるようになっています。 右2本はベニテングダケの幼菌。 渓流にて、山菜のおひたし.jpg 春は山菜の季節。普通の人が食べないような種類まで覚えれば、それだけ収量も増加します。 梓川水系の支流を登って、渓流釣りをしながら山菜採り。晩御飯は岩魚と山菜という山の幸尽くし！ 収穫したキノコたち.jpg 秋はキノコ狩り！ 近所の山で採ってきた天然のキノコを同定・選別し、きれいに洗って、これからキノコ鍋。アイリーファームの土間台所にて。 信州最高！！ 用水路で小物釣り 釣りも大好きで、渓流・ルアー・毛鉤など、色々やりますが、最近は手軽にできる淡水の小物釣りが好きです。 こちらは浜松の用水路で釣ったタイリクバラタナゴ。美しい小魚です。 ベニテングダケの模型 冬場になって陽が短くなり、時間ができたので、大好きなキノコの模型を作ってみました。会心の作です！ こちらはクリスマスプレゼントとして贈ったものなので、手元にはありません。 岩魚 自分で巻いたフライで釣ったイワナは格別です。 このフライは翅蟻を模した#14の黒いパラシュート(アント)。 釣ったイワナの塩焼きイワナ.jpg テンカラで釣ったイワナを、夜はテントで食す。最高です。 アント(テレストリアルフライ) アント。蟻を模したフライ(毛鉤)。 ストレートシャンクのバーブレスフックを使用。#14~#16位のフックに、アセテートフロスを巻いた後、アセトンで表面を溶かして、独特のツヤ感を出します。ハックルはグリズリーをパラりと巻いただけ。ウイングポストには、使いやすくて視認性の良いピンクのフローティングヤーンを使用。非常に簡単ながら、実績のあるフライです。 金峰山.jpg 山梨県の山に登った時の写真です。 野池の生き物 この野池で捕まえた水生昆虫など。 かなり自然度の高い溜め池だったので、タガメ(幼虫)、ゲンゴロウ(成虫・幼虫)、メダカ、オタマジャクシ等が採れました。 美しい溜池.jpg いかにもいろいろな水生昆虫が生息していそうな、自然度の高い溜め池です。こちらは栃木県の中山間地。 ゲンゴロウ1齢幼虫.jpg 飼っていたゲンゴロウが卵を産んだので、それを育ててみました。 意外に大きな一齢幼虫。食欲旺盛で、生きた獲物しか食べません。まずは赤虫をあげました。 ゲンゴロウ終齢幼虫.jpg どんどん食べて、次々に脱皮して、どんどん大きくなります。エサの確保が大変です。この時期は、ヤゴを餌にしていました。 ゲンゴロウ蛹化用飼育装置.jpg １　虫かごに湿らせたピートモスを入れます。 ２　幼虫を飼っていたヨーグルトのケースを切って背を低くします。 ３　上陸しやすいように、石を入れ、手すり代わりに水草を置きました。 ある日、いなくなっていました。→虫かごの隅で蛹室を作ったので、様子が見えました。前蛹の期間が結構長く、かなり心配しましたが、無事に蛹になりました。 ゲンゴロウ羽化.jpg ついに、その日がやってきました。 美しい新成虫の誕生です！！！ 長い道のりでした・・・。物凄く大変でしたが、その分、物凄く感動しました。 ずっと陸上にいるカブトムシなんかと違って、非常にやりがいがあります。 タガメ終齢幼虫.jpg 脱皮したては、透明感のあるライムグリーン。半翅目（不完全変態）のタガメは、水の中で脱皮して成長し、蛹にならずに成虫になるので、ゲンゴロウに比して容易です。大変なのは、水質の維持（水替え）と生餌の確保だけですね。 タガメ若齢幼虫.jpg ため池で。水草の上に乗っかっていました。幼虫は美しいグリーンです。 アクアテラリウム水槽.jpg 水際の自然を再現したアクアリウム（アクアテラリウム）です。右端に写っているのがヤリタナゴの雄。魚や虫を飼うときはできるだけ自然な環境を再現したいと思っています。
